Find the right starting point for your Christmas setup.
Should I choose a tree or a light kit?
Choose the Grand Duchess if you want a complete pre-lit Christmas tree. Choose the animated light kit if you want to add animated designs to a tree you already own.
Are the tree and animated lights sold together?
They are separate products unless your selected product listing explicitly describes a bundle. Check the listing to see exactly what is included.
Will the animated lights fit my tree?
Compare your tree’s height and shape with the dimensions of the light kit you select. Check the product page and installation instructions before ordering.
How much space does the Grand Duchess need?
The featured tree is 7.5 ft tall. Allow additional ceiling clearance for your topper and check the product listing for its width so the base and branches fit your space.
Do the tree and light kit use the same app?
They are separate lighting systems. Follow the app and pairing instructions supplied with each product; do not assume the two systems connect together.
Where can I check delivery and returns?
Shipping options are shown at checkout. Read our shipping and refund policies for delivery information and return conditions before ordering.
